Can I stay any extra days before or after the retreat?

It depends on the circumstance, sometimes it is possible. It is best to contact us directly. If we do not have any rooms available we can give you great options that close by.

Is Sri Lanka safe? Do I need vaccinations?

Yes! Sri-Lanka is a very safe country to travel however, it is better to always be street smart in a foreign country. Make sure you plan your route well. The local people are very friendly and love to help. we can always assist you planning your trip here. It is best to check with your doctor what injections you need to travel to Sri-Lanka. All countries have different regulations and guidelines.

What do I need to bring with me to my retreat?

Its always warm in Sri Lanka. How ever, we have lots of tropical rain. Make sure you have a rain jacket, yoga clothes, a warm hoodie, swim suit and all your favorite comfy clothes.

Do I need a visa to come to Sri Lanka?

Yes, you just need to apply for a visa on arrival online. It is a simple process and cost 30 USD (some countries get free entry!). It is valid for 30 days. Please go to

What do you need to do before your retreat?

After booking your retreat you will receive a Private call from Steph.

Just a friendly chat to get to know each other and i can answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Make sure you answer the questionnaire honestly.

The questionnaire is a detailed and important document for us to go through. We need to know your medical background and mental and physical well being. It will also help us accommodate you in many ways.

Stop drinking alcohol, caffeine and using recreational drugs one week before the retreat .

This will make your retreat experience much more relaxed with less withdrawals, headaches and tiredness. We also recommend to limit your meat consumption to little or none.

Start a journal before, during and after your retreat.

Journal your thoughts, fears and everything in-between. This will help a lot in your Hypnotherapy.
